The City Commission is the legislative and policy-making body of the City of Halliday, with authority to levy taxes, appropriate funds, and adopt ordinances. Meetings are open to the public.

The Commission meets on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 131 Main Street East, Halliday, ND. The public is welcome to attend.
